Karl Melville

Karl Melville, with a BA (Hons) and a CMgr MCMI, currently serves as the Assistant Director Highways and Transport at Cumberland Council since March 2023. Prior to this role, Karl was a Senior Manager at Cumbria County Council since May 1989. Karl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Lancashire. Additionally, Karl pursued further education at Northumbria University from 1995 to 1999.
