Nathan Harrison has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and engineering field. Nathan started their career as an Aircraft Mechanic at ExpressJet Airlines in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Nathan then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Orleans, where they were a student from 2009 to 2013.
After completing their education, Nathan joined Jacobs Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer in 2014. Nathan later transitioned to Aerospace Testing Alliance, a joint venture with Jacobs Technology, where they worked as an Aero Propulsion Test & Analysis Engineer from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they joined QuantiTech as an Aeropropulsion Test and Analysis Engineer and eventually became the Lead Aeromechanical Engineer. Nathan worked at QuantiTech from 2016 to 2018.
Nathan's career then took him to the United States Department of Defense, where they served as an Aerospace Engineer from 2018 to 2020. Nathan further enhanced their expertise by working as an Engineer and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Nathan is employed at Cummings Aerospace as an Aerospace Engineer, starting in April 2022.
Throughout their career, Nathan has gained valuable experience in areas such as aerospace engineering, propulsions systems testing, analysis, and program management.
Nathan Harrison has a strong educational background in engineering. Nathan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Southern University at Shreveport from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Aviation Maintenance, specifically focusing on obtaining a Federal Airframe and Powerplant license.
Following their undergraduate studies, Nathan pursued a Master's degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Nathan completed this program from 2015 to 2018.

Nathan holds an Airframe and Powerplant License from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and a Vibrations Analyst Level II (ISO) certification from Emerson Process Management.
