Nick Arens

Nick Arens is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and financial management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy for the Components Business Unit and Executive Director of Finance and Strategy for Accelera by Cummins at Cummins Inc. since June 2012, Nick has held various roles including Director of Finance and Planning Leader for Power Systems Business Unit. In addition to current roles, Nick was previously Chairman of the Supervisory Board at NPROXX, a Board Member at Hydrogenics, and held managerial positions at Blue & Co., LLC, and Duff & Phelps. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Management from Butler University.
