Sylvester Morgan

Sylvester Morgan serves as the Executive Director of Enterprise Data Management at Cummins Inc. since August 2020, where responsibilities include defining and executing a global Enterprise Data Strategy aimed at leveraging trusted data for digital transformation and enhanced customer experiences. Prior to Cummins, Sylvester held leadership roles at General Motors, overseeing a comprehensive data management organization, and at NCR Corporation, leading global ERP deployments. Additional experience includes significant positions at GE Energy, where Sylvester directed analytics and CRM initiatives, and independent consulting, with a focus on Siebel CRM solutions. Sylvester's educational background includes an MBA in Management Information Systems from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Computer Science from The University of West Alabama.
