Lisa Finfer

Lisa Finfer has an extensive work experience in the field of customer success and sales. Lisa is currently working as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Cumul.io since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at ActivTrak from November 2021 to November 2022.

Lisa also has a strong background in sales leadership. Lisa served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Upland Software from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales - North America at Adestra (acquired by Upland) from September 2017 to December 2019.

Lisa's work experience also includes various roles in customer success and sales management. Lisa served as the Vice President of Sales at MessageGears from April 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Responsys from September 2010 to April 2014, and as the Director of Customer Success at Silverpop from December 2007 to September 2010.

Before transitioning into the customer success and sales roles, Lisa held positions in marketing and account management. Lisa worked as a Sales Manager at Premiere Global Services from October 2004 to December 2007. Prior to that, they served as an Account Executive at BellSouth from July 2003 to September 2004. Lisa also held the role of Account Executive at Alcatel-Lucent from 2001 to 2003.

Lisa's career started in 1996 when they worked as a Marketing Director at SITA.

Lisa Finfer attended the University of Tulsa Oklahoma from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing.
