Diana Tubbs, Ph.D., is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in survey research, organizational readiness, and educational instruction. Currently serving as a Survey Researcher at CUPA-HR since September 2022, Diana has previously held research associate positions at the Center for the Promotion of Health in the New England Workplace (CPHNEW) in collaboration with UCONN, and at Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety, where Diana contributed to the development of survey instruments and conceptual models related to organizational change. Additional experience includes serving as a Discussion Leader at the University of Connecticut, a Research Study Coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and an Associate Project Manager at Forbes Consulting Group, where Diana developed market research tools in consumer insights. Diana holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College.
