Joe McLoughlin

Joe McLoughlin is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at CUPA-HR since September 2018, McLoughlin has previously held significant roles, including Director of Information Technology at Janus Global Operations from July 2010 to April 2018, and Manager of Corporate Information Systems/Services at Theta Technologies, Inc. from February 2002 to July 2010.
