Lauren Sears

Lauren Sears is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in coaching, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Principal at DLM Consulting and a Collaborator at Imaginal Ventures Inc., Lauren has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Founding Partner at Placemaking 4G, which focuses on recruiting recent graduates in Atlantic Canada. Previous positions include Managing Director and Director of Business Development at Common Good Solutions, CEO of Pursu.it, and Assistant Volleyball Coach at Saint Mary's University and the University of Winnipeg. Lauren holds Bachelor's Degrees in Biopsychology and Business Administration and Management from the University of Winnipeg.
