Dhruv Naik

Dhruv N. is a Machine Learning Engineer at Curai Health since January 2023. Prior experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant role in the Machine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University from January to December 2022, where responsibilities included assisting with courses in Art and Machine Learning and Deep Learning Systems. Dhruv interned at YOU.com in the summer of 2022, contributing to search technology development, and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2021 to May 2022, participating in the Amazon Alexa Prize Competition with a project focused on cooking and DIY task bots. Previous roles also include Machine Learning Engineer and Intern at Verloop.io, where Dhruv developed systems for intent understanding and entity extraction used by numerous companies, and an Analytics Intern at McKinsey & Company, collaborating on industry readiness assessments. Dhruv holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology.
