Naser Khalil

Naser Khalil has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Naser started their career as a Software Engineer/Team Leader in a private company from 1987 to 1995. Naser then joined Ericsson AB in 1995 and held various roles such as Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, Software Designer, and Test Expert until 2005. During this time, they were responsible for managing test and development services for Bluetooth customers and developing and delivering system test platforms for GPRS and 3G technologies.

In 2005, Naser joined Ericsson / ST-Ericsson as a Program Manager, leading a team spread across multiple sites and engaged with top smartphone manufacturers and operators. Naser was involved in defining requirements, implementation, maintenance, and continuous operators acceptance for mobile platform product family solutions. Naser also served as an Advanced Project Manager for software maintenance projects for traditional mobile phone platforms.

From 2013 to 2015, Naser worked as a Senior Project Manager at Scandinavian Skills before joining IKEA AB in 2015 as an IT Project Manager. At IKEA, they established a maintenance organization and was responsible for establishing a new function, including building a team, communication processes, handover processes, and competence building.

In 2016, Naser joined Extrapreneur Group AB as a Project Manager, where they built an organization for an international healthcare company. Their responsibilities included hiring a team, setting up working processes, building a customer support core team, and securing the product delivery process.

Most recently, Naser founded Curamet AB in 2017 and serves as the CEO.

Naser Khalil graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from an unspecified institution between 1983 and 1987. In 2009, they obtained a diploma in Leading Project Managers from The George Washington University School of Business. Naser also holds several additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2015; Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Project Specialist from Microsoft, obtained in January 2014; PMP from PMI Rochester, obtained in January 2008; Ericsson Core Curriculum from Ericsson, obtained in April 2005; and Managers and PROPS from Ericsson, obtained in October 1999.
