Anas Damiri

Anas Damiri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2009, they began their career as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health and worked there until 2013. Following this, they joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Pharmacy Manager and served in that role until 2018. In the same year, Damiri became an Affiliate Assistant Professor at MUSC College of Health Professions and a Pharmacy Director at PharMerica. Anas held these positions until 2020 when they joined Amerita, Inc as a General Manager Site Leader. Alongside this role, Damiri also worked as a Clinical Preceptor at The University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Damiri is employed as the Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations and Regional PIC at Curant Health.

Anas Damiri completed their education with a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, specializing in pharmacology from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, spanning from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Anas Damiri also acquired several certifications. Anas obtained a Sterile Products (IV) Certification from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) in 2021. Furthermore, they received a CPR & AED certification from Cardio Partners in May 2013. Lastly, they earned a Certificate of Achievement in Immunization Delivery and Medication Therapy Management from the American Pharmacists Association in May 2013 as well.
