Jake Caines has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting from 2005. Jake began their career at Shire Regenerative Medicine, where they held various roles such as Regional Sales Director and Senior Regional Director. During their time at Shire, Jake was responsible for driving revenue and market share growth in the advanced therapy skin substitute market. Jake also served on multiple task forces, including the Incentive Compensation Advisory Board and Marketing Advisory Board.

In 2014, Jake joined Organogenesis Inc. as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager. After a brief period, they transitioned to Curant Health, where they held several positions. A significant gap followed, with no educational pursuits until 2009. During this time, Jake pursued a Marketing Certificate focused on Strategy & Innovation at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing the program in 2010. Another substantial break followed before Jake returned to academia in 2019. Jake joined the University of Washington's Certificate Program, where they specialized in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Jake successfully concluded this program in 2020.
