Michael A. has held various roles in the past decade, beginning with a Financial Analyst role at Shell in 2009. Michael then moved on to a Project Manager role at Cisco in 2012. In 2014, they became a Scrum Master at Silicon Valley Bank. In 2018, they joined UnitedHealth Group, where they held both a Senior Scrum Master and a Scrum Master role.
