Prior to this role, Brian spent over 30 years at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., where positions included Executive Vice President of R&D/Quality and various senior leadership roles in Product Development and Quality Assurance. Brian holds a Master's degree in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from California State University, Fresno.
