Rebecca Hughes

Rebecca Hughes has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Rebecca began their career at Sanford Rose Associates International, Inc. as a Director of Talent Acquisition. Rebecca then joined Kaye/Bassman International as a Project Coordinator and later as Director of Talent Acquisition. Rebecca also worked at Thryv as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on hiring Business Advisors. Currently, they are working at Curative, where they have held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Director of Talent Acquisition, Vice President of Talent & Engagement, and Senior Vice President of Talent, Engagement, and Facilities.

Rebecca Hughes completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012.
