Jay Flats is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in audience engagement and training. As the Owner of Jay Flats Inc. since August 2015, Jay has also served as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Curative since April 2020. With a strong background in entertainment, Jay has held positions including Director of Positive Energy for Dr. Phil McGraw, Audience Warm Up for the Kelly Clarkson Show, The Titan Games, and Dancing With The Stars, among others. Jay's engaging presence has been a key aspect of live productions, providing audience warm-up services for various renowned shows including American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance. Jay Flats holds an educational background from Brevard Community College.
