Onil Pereyra

Onil Pereyra has extensive work experience in various companies and roles.

Onil co-founded Curbo Technologies in 2020 and is currently serving as the CTO.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Scotiabank as the Head of Engineering.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they served as the VP of Operations, LATAM, at Fusemachines.

Onil co-founded Instacarro.com in 2015 and worked as the CTO until 2018.

Onil'slongest tenure was at Claro, where they started in 2007 as the Head of Engineering. During their time at Claro, they created products that significantly increased the company's revenues by more than 1 billion dollars yearly. Onil worked in this role until 2015.

Onil Pereyra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Onil then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Université du Québec en Outaouais, where they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management.
