Rocío Roa Varón

Rocío Roa Varón has over twenty years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been working as an Asistente Comercial at Assisprex S.A.S. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2021, they were the Finance and Insurance Team Lead at Curbo Technologies. From 2007 to 2003, they worked as an Analista de Crédito de Vehículo at Bancolombia, where they were responsible for recommending and approving operations for vehicle purchases for individuals and organizations, using tools to calculate their payment capacity. During their time there, they also replaced their team leader during their vacation period and proposed new risk policies and efficiency mechanisms to improve response times and customer service. From 2003 to 2001, they were an Auxiliar de Credito de Consumo at Colpatria Multibanca del Grupo Scotiabank, where they verified the authenticity of customers' documents for consumer credit and free investment. During their time there, they also developed a manual and process matrix for their assigned work through the leadership of their team. Finally, from 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Asesora Comercial at BBVA.

Rocío Roa Varón completed their education history with a degree in Administration and Management of Companies, General from Universidad San Martin in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing from the same university in 2008. In 2011, they earned a Specialist degree in Financial Administration from Universidad EAN. Before that, they attended Escuela de Operaciones Aeroportuarias, where they obtained a Technologist degree in Airline Administration from 1999 to 2000.
