Jonathan Simpson

Jonathan serves as CURE Zimbabwe’s Executive Director. In this role, he maintains overall accountability for the operational, financial, and clinical health of the hospital, as well as related programs within the country.

Jonathan has a postgraduate degree in the geographical spatial development and 13 years of experience within the nonprofit sector. He has worked as Tearfund’s design monitoring and evaluation advisor for Southern and East Africa, Tearfund’s ECHO project manager, and World Vision’s Zimbabwe program information officer.

Jonathan believes in the necessity of addressing people’s needs in a holistic way–spiritually and physically–and he is grateful to work at an organization with holistic healing as its mission statement. Jonathan was born in Zimbabwe and loves his country. The opening of CURE Zimbabwe will bring hope and much-needed healthcare to the nation; he is thrilled to be a part of it.
