Keith Rose

Keith Rose is a seasoned plastic surgeon with extensive experience in both pediatric and adult plastic and reconstructive surgery, offering services at Rose Cosmetic Surgery Center PLLC since 1999. As CEO of Rose Medical Management LLC and Southwest Medical Strategies, operations include management of urgent care facilities across South Texas, catering to over 250 companies and municipalities. Keith Rose also contributes to CURE International as a plastic surgeon in Kabul, Afghanistan, and serves as an instructor at the International School of Tactical Medicine. Previously, a consultant for Blackhawk Products Group, Keith Rose is credited with inventing the Blackhawk "Integrated Tourniquet System." Educational achievements include an MD from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a BS in Biology/Pre Health Care from Baylor University.
