João Mainka

João Mainka is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in technology leadership and architectural design. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Curebase since October 2021, João has significantly contributed to compliance with CCPA and GDPR, achieving a 90% reduction in response time to data requests through automation. Previously, João held the position of Senior Software Engineer at X-Team and managed engineering teams as the Head of Software Architecture at Evoluum. Before that, João co-founded and acted as CTO at Ei Pets, focusing on pet health care tools. Additional experience includes technical leadership roles at QUAY Consultancy Services and Squid, along with a solid foundation in software engineering. João holds an MBA in Software Architecture and a degree in Port Management.
