A Foad

A Foad's work experience began in 2013 at Kualitatem Inc., where they worked as an Assistant Network Administrator before being promoted to Network Administrator in 2015. Their responsibilities included managing Microsoft Windows 2008 Server, configuring LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, and maintaining AWS servers.

In 2017, A Foad joined CureMD as a System Administrator. They were later promoted to Senior System Administrator and then Principal System Administrator, where they handled tasks such as Microsoft Office 365 configuration, firewall management, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory and DHCP management. They also led and managed a team of IT professionals.

Currently, A Foad works at CureMD as an Associate Manager Information Systems, where they continue to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365 applications. They also manage firewall configuration and ensure proper management of Watch Guard, Sonicwall, and Cisco ASA.

A Foad completed a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Lahore Leads University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of the Punjab from 2009 to 2011. A Foad also holds additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for the years 2021-2022 and 2023-2024, (ISC)² Candidate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate in 2021, and ICSI | Certified Network Security Specialist (CNSS) in 2020. They also have certifications and diplomas from various institutions, including Christian Technical Training Center and Christian Computer Institute, related to information technology and network security. In 2011, they participated in a workshop on Network Designing & Security organized by the Government College University Lahore.
