Vince De Palma has over 25 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Vince'scareer began in 1993 when they were hired as a Clinical Systems Engineer at Kaiser Permanente. In 2006, they were hired as a Clinical Project Manager at Dräger, where they were responsible for project management of all Drager Medical implementations and the negotiation of PMP Methodologies used across all company modalities. In 2011, they became an Information Technology Project Manager at Allscripts, where they were responsible for implementing and leading multiple complex projects and ensuring consistent and integrated delivery project implementations. In 2015, they were hired as an Enterprise Project Manager at Extension Healthcare. Two years later, in 2018, they became a Senior Project Manager at TEKsystems. Currently, Vince is the Director of Professional Services at CureMetrix.
Vince De Palma has a diverse education history. Vince obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Rio Hondo College and a Certification Biomedical Engineering-BMET from Los Angeles Valley College. Vince also attended the Maritime Institute, where they obtained a 100 Ton Master License in Maritime Studies. Vince has also obtained several certifications, including a PMP Certification (PMI PMP) from Allscripts in 2013, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Allscripts in 2014, an Agile Product Lifecycle Management 9 Certified Implementation Specialist from Allscripts in 2014, and a Project Lifecycle Management Certified Implementation Specialist from Allscripts in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a 100 Ton USCG Captains License from the U.S. Coast Guard and a USCG Master from the Merchant Marine Captain - Near Coastal in 2016. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from San Diego State University in 2020.
