Mike R. is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in developing and executing data strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Data Analytics at Curi since July 2020, Mike focuses on transitioning legacy reporting environments to interactive analytics, emphasizing data quality and management. Prior roles include Manager of Enterprise Data and Analytics at First Citizens Bank, where Mike led the creation of KPI dashboards and implemented data management best practices, and Manager of Enterprise Data Management at Genworth, where Mike established data stewardship roles and utilized SAS Analytics and Tableau for dashboard delivery. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Analyst at Chico's FAS Inc. and as a Business Systems Analyst at Tempur-Pedic International, contributing to business intelligence and ERP systems.
