Paul Hettiger

Paul Hettiger, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul is currently working at Curia (formerly AMRI) as the Director of Portfolio & Sourcing, where they are responsible for overseeing portfolio management and sourcing strategies. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Portfolio & Sourcing at the same company.

Before joining Curia, Paul worked at INNIO Group as the Customer Order & Fulfillment Manager / Fulfillment Ops Lead. In this role, they managed a global fulfillment specialist team and implemented cross-functional processes to improve service business KPIs.

Paul also gained valuable experience at Alcami Corporation as the Commercial Project and Readiness Manager. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at Sigma-Aldrich as a Chemist II (QC), where they specialized in conducting root-cause analyses and leading problem-solving efforts for non-conformances. Paul also held the role of Manager of Scientific Operations / Senior Scientist at Custom Synthesis Services, where they designed and executed multistage chemical synthesis projects and served as a project manager for numerous synthesis projects.

Outside of their professional career, Paul has also pursued their passion for music as a musician, recording engineer, and producer. Paul has worked on multiple albums, received positive press coverage, and performed on the Vans Warped Tour.

Paul Hettiger obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2001. Paul then pursued an MBA in Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2009 to 2010. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
