Roger Wong

Roger Wong, Ph.D., MBA has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Roger has held various roles in business development, sales, and strategy. Roger has worked at companies such as Curia, GBI Bio, Abzena, Eurofins Discovery, Eurofins, Eurofins DiscoverX, and Anven Biosciences, Inc. Roger'sresponsibilities have included heading business development, providing one-stop shop solutions for biologics discovery, leading late-stage BLA enabling services, launching commercial products, and developing the biologic business from antibody discovery stage. Roger has also served as a Scientific Advisor and Founding member at Anven Biosciences. Prior to their industry roles, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Universities and as a Senior Staff Scientist in the biotech and pharma sector. Roger has a strong background in research, with published publications and experience in drug target and biomarker discovery. Roger has also served as an Editorial Board Member for Nature Research Publishing.

Roger Wong, Ph.D., MBA received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2011 to 2013. Roger also obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
