Morgan Harrell

Morgan Harrell has a diverse work experience in the field of data science. They are currently working as a Data Scientist, Senior Manager at CuriMeta, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, Morgan held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Stride from January 2020 to March 2023.

Between 2017 and 2019, Morgan worked as a Data Scientist at Roam Analytics, where they designed and executed natural language processing (NLP) solutions in healthcare. Their projects involved unstructured lab order extraction, patient-communication topic modeling, and building neural networks from national health registry data.

From 2012 to 2017, Morgan worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in two roles. In this role, they helped build the data infrastructure to maintain product health by synthesizing data from various sources into a central database and implementing scripts for continuous data ingestion and quality checks.

Morgan Harrell holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biomedical Informatics from Vanderbilt University.
