Director, Client Success For Marketing Solutions at Curinos

Shelly Photiades has held various positions throughout their career. Shelly is currently working at Curinos as the Product Lead for defining and developing new customer-level analytics capabilities to improve the growth and profitability of financial deposit and lending products. In this role, they lead program management for enabling product enhancements across data, tools, analytical approaches, and operational processes.

Prior to Curinos, Shelly was the VP of Strategic Services at Epsilon from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they led a team of consultants who provided strategic marketing expertise to clients in the Financial Services industry. Shelly focused on helping clients extract more value from their marketing programs by leveraging technology and customer data to deliver more relevant and meaningful interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Before Epsilon, Shelly worked at TD Ameritrade from 2010 to 2017. Shelly initially served as the Director of CRM, where they led teams responsible for advancing customer-centric, lifecycle-based marketing strategies for the long-term investor segment. Shelly then took on the role of Director of Banking & Cash Management Products, where they leveraged rich customer insights and personalized content strategies to create more meaningful interactions and redefine marketing KPIs from a customer-centric approach.

Prior to TD Ameritrade, Shelly worked at TD Bank from 2005 to 2010. In their role as VP of Product Manager, they were responsible for managing product portfolios. Before that, they served as VP of Marketing Planner, where they developed strategic marketing plans.

Earlier in their career, Shelly worked at Intellicare (now Cedar Gate Technologies) as the Marketing Communications Manager from 2002 to 2005. Shelly was responsible for all corporate branding and communications campaigns for a healthcare services and technology company. Shelly spearheaded branding, advertising, public relations, and direct marketing strategies to support the company's value proposition.

Shelly also worked at Vignette as a Product Marketing Manager from 2000 to 2002, and at Dell as a Segment Manager in the Small Business Division from 1999 to 2000.

Shelly Photiades attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1990 to 1994. Shelly earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a specialization in Advertising.
