Daniel Gebler

Daniel Gebler is the Founder and CTO of Picnic Technologies, an award-winning online supermarket that has been recognized for various achievements including fastest growing company and European Digital Leader of the Year. Prior to founding Picnic, Daniel served as a researcher at VU University Amsterdam, focusing on large-scale distributed systems, and held multiple roles including Director of R&D and Software Architect at Fredhopper, a leader in online retail targeting software. Daniel Gebler holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an M.B.A. from Technische Universität Dresden, among other qualifications, including a Program Certificate in Customer-Focused Innovation from Stanford University.
