Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly has had a varied career, beginning with their role as Co-Founder of Woodlands Delivered in 2005. Michael then moved to AutoNation as Internet Director in 2008, before joining JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in 2009 as Vice President - Investments. Here, they were a top performing banker in Dallas and built and managed a $120 million fund until the end of 2011. In 2013, they founded Evolv Simply Moving Forward, and more recently, they Co-Founded Resolute Future in 2021.

Michael Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they had attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2006 to 2007. Michael also holds a Certified Insurance Consultant License from the Texas Department of Insurance, which they obtained in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Coursera, including Decentralized Finance (DEFI) Premitives (2022), Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure (2021), Blockchain Business Models (2020), Financing for Startup Businesses (2020), and Startup Valuation Methods (2020). Michael also holds FINRA certifications, including the SIE - Securities Industry Essentials Exam (2018), Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law Exam (2011), and Series 7 - General Securities Representative Ex (2011).
