Hanane Kai

Hanane Kai has been working in the creative field since 2008. Hanane began their career as a Partner and Art Director at there for design, where they were responsible for leading the visual and artistic direction of all the company's clients' brands. In 2011, they started freelancing as an Illustrator, creating picture books and illustrations for a variety of editorial and commercial projects. In 2016, they co-founded Maku Inc. and in 2022, they founded Before it Dries, where they draw faces in a radical light.

Hanane Kai attended NDU Notre Dame University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
