Andy Farrow

Andy Farrow, RPh, BCNP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and nuclear imaging industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Contracting at Curium Pharma since February 2017, Andy has a strong background in sales and commercial leadership, previously holding multiple senior director positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from April 2003 to February 2017. Andy's roles there included Senior Director of Commercial, Nuclear Imaging, and Senior Director of Sales, U.S. Imaging, among others. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals from March 2002 to April 2003. Andy holds a degree from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis.
