Pavan K.

Pavan K. has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Pavan started their career as a Software Engineer at OTX in 2003 and then moved on to Accenture in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer for three years. In 2009, they joined Project Leadership Associates as a Solutions Architect, leading architectural discussions and managing a team of developers. Pavan K. worked at Magenium from 2016 to 2017 as a Solutions Architect, where they gathered requirements, developed applications, and implemented automated testing strategies. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, where they are responsible for planning and developing roadmaps for web and mobile applications and overseeing the growth of the team.

Pavan K. earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in 2000. Pavan later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they completed in 2002.
