Mita Benitez

Mita Benitez has worked in the field of compensation since 1999. Mita began their career as an Executive Assistant at Applied Materials. In 2007, they joined FormFactor Inc. as a Compensation Analyst, where they developed, implemented, and administered compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs. Mita also managed the global merit and stock focal system and process. In 2014, they became the Compensation & HRIS Manager at Zendesk, where they developed and designed global compensation programs to promote market competitiveness and align with business objectives. In 2015, they joined Brocade as a Compesantion Program Manager, where they managed the global bonus compensation program and the retention program in relation to divestitures and acquisitions. In 2018, they joined TiVo as a Global Compensation Manager, where they partnered with the VP Total Rewards to develop and implement the organization's compensation programs. Currently, Mita is the Compensation Manager at Curology.

Mita Benitez obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and Psychology from De La Salle University between 1991 and 1995.
