Saravanan Krishnan

Saravanan Krishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager (AVP) and Banking Solution Manager at Currencies Direct since October 2021, Saravanan has previously held the role of Delivery Manager at Hexaware Technologies, where responsibilities included managing cards disputes and fraud from April 2019 to October 2021. Saravanan's career began at Tata Consultancy Services, where from November 2006 to April 2019, expertise was developed in disputes operations, fraud monitoring, prevention, recovery, and the cards settlement process, alongside overseeing process migrations across various new markets. Saravanan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai, obtained in 2005.
