Erika Racicot

Erika Racicot has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Guest Services Agent at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire in 2003. Erika then moved on to a Logistics Coordinator position at Alnoor For Mayor in 2007, followed by a Marketing Coordinator role at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in 2008. In 2009, they co-founded Business Instincts Group, where they have held the roles of Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder and President, and Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer. In 2012, they co-founded Slyce, where they have held the roles of Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer and Director. In 2019, they became the Head of People Operations at CurrencyWorks\u2122 and also founded BuildImpossible.

Erika Racicot received their ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2016. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and earned their Business Administration degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. From 2003 to 2005, they also attended SAIT and obtained their Marketing degree in the field of Business.
