Shannon Warren

Shannon Warren has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and operations. They have held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in software development, management, and strategic planning.

Shannon started their career as an IT Administrator at Viceroy Enterprises, LLC., where they provided leadership and management for the Information Technology Services department. They were responsible for overseeing computing and telecommunication facilities and services.

After that, Shannon worked as the Director of IT and Programming at HomeCEUConnection.com, where they collaborated with other directors and executive managers to strategize a custom Continuing Education Management System. They also led a team of developers and coding of the application.

Later, Shannon served as the lead developer of Skopos at Skopos Financial, where they implemented a new deployment life cycle and utilized open source tools for the deployment process.

Shannon then joined IBM as a Senior Software Engineer before moving to Blue Jay Wireless, LLC as a Lead Developer. At Blue Jay Wireless, they managed a development team and projects while transforming a basic Yii application into a feature-rich Symfony 2 application.

In 2015, Shannon worked at Bank of America as an Automation Engineer, where they supported the Consumer Bank applications team by automating their SDLC. They also collaborated with application teams for workflow modifications and adding tools into the framework.

From 2016 to 2020, Shannon worked at Acquire BPO as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a custom PHP 5 written call center platform and starting the process of moving it to the Laravel Framework.

In 2013, Shannon was involved with Convetit as a CTO Technical Advisor and later became a Co-Founder CTO. They provided technical expertise and guidance during their time at the company.

Lastly, Shannon currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Axle Interstate Group, Inc, a startup focused on modernizing and automating the trucking industry. They oversee the day-to-day operations and work towards implementing automation in various tasks.

Shannon Warren's education history includes a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2016. In 1996-1997, they attended Tarleton State University, where they studied Criminal Justice and completed the Peace Officers Course. Additionally, Shannon has indicated their interest in studying Computer Forensics at Carnegie Mellon University and has attended the Harvard Business School through their service in the United States Navy.

Shannon has also obtained various certifications, including being a Tricentis Certified Professional from Tricentis GmbH in October 2016.
