Steven Verschaeve - MBA

Steven Verschaeve - MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven is currently serving as a Project Director at CurTec since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Consultant from September 2019 to July 2021.

Before that, Steven held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing - Plastics at SSI SCHÄFER from January 2019 to September 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President of North American Business Development at Roctool from February 2016 to January 2019.

Steven's extensive experience also includes positions at Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. where they served as the General Manager - International Contract Molding from April 2013 to January 2016. Steven also held the roles of Innovation & Technology Manager from April 2012 to April 2013 and Plant Manager from November 2006 to April 2012. In this latter role, they managed a 70+ employee injection molding facility specializing in large tonnage injection molding with presses ranging in sizes from 1250 tons to 3500 tons.

Earlier in their career, Steven worked as an Engineering Manager / Six Sigma BB at The Tech Group from August 2000 to November 2006, and as an Applications Engineer at Incoe Corporation from May 1998 to August 2000.

With their diverse range of experiences and expertise in project management, manufacturing, business development, and engineering, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge to any organization.

Steven Verschaeve obtained their AAS / BS in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their MBA in Business Administration from Arizona State University between 2002 and 2004.
