Matthew Ulewicz

Matthew Ulewicz is an experienced general manager with a strong background in operations and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Curtis Metal Finishing Group since July 2021, Matthew focuses on enhancing efficiency, product throughput, and customer satisfaction while managing a large team. Previously, Matthew held the same title at PPG Industrial Coatings, overseeing operations for Class A coatings following a significant acquisition, and at CHEP Recycled Pallet Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included performance evaluation and safety management. Earlier roles include Vice President at Michigan Recycle, Inc., where Matthew contributed to the launch and growth of the recycling plant, and a managerial position at Great Lakes Recycling, where initiatives led to ISO9001 certification. Matthew holds an MBA in Global Management Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communications and Business from Central Michigan University.
