Kimberly McCarten

Kimberly McCarten is an accomplished nonprofit strategy consultant currently with Curtis Strategy, having begun this role in November 2023. Previously, McCarten served as the President and CEO of The Arc of Palm Beach County for over 13 years, fostering inclusive communities through a dynamic leadership approach characterized by passion and creativity. Prior to this, McCarten founded McCarten & Associates, a public relations and marketing agency that executed tailored campaigns and events for a diverse clientele. McCarten also held a pivotal role at The Able Trust, contributing to fundraising and community relations efforts aimed at improving employment opportunities for Floridians with disabilities.
