Pawel Najgebauer

Pawel Najgebauer has extensive work experience in software development and IT administration. Pawel is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Curulis - Doradztwo JST, where they develop and maintains applications using React, Redux, and Asp.net API. Pawel also manages the IT team and implements startup thinking with agile methodologies.

Prior to this, Pawel was a Co-Founder at PRINIUS, where they were responsible for creating a product from ideation to a working application. Pawel developed 10 microservices using MongoDB, asp.net core, and GraphQL, and also worked on mobile application maintenance using Xamarin. Pawel had a key role in DevOps, using Ubuntu, Nginx, MongoDB, Azure DevOps agent, and CI/CD plans.

Before PRINIUS, Pawel worked as a Software Engineer at Curulis - Doradztwo JST. Pawel'sresponsibilities included software development and maintenance.

Pawel also worked at Allegro as a Software Engineer and PHP Developer. In these roles, they focused on the development and maintenance of international products, designing and implementing performance solutions, and collaborating with international teams. Pawel used technologies such as PHP, Oracle SQL, memcache, SOLR, and Vagrant + Puppet.

Earlier in their career, Pawel worked at Instalcompact Sp. z o.o. as a Software Developer and IT Administrator, where they developed and maintained custom SCADA systems using PHP, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Pawel also configured and administered Linux, Apache, PHP, and PostgreSQL servers. Pawel had experience in Python development for embedded systems and configuring wireless communication devices.

Pawel's work experience also includes positions at DYNAMIC CASSETTE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as a Software Developer and IT support, Logic Net S.C. as a Software Developer, and Brawo Nauka Jazdy Krzysztof Woś as a Driving Instructor.

Pawel Najgebauer obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer science, Computer software from Szczecin University of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Pawel further pursued their education and received a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, from 2007 to 2009.
