Carmen Waterman

Carmen Waterman has a wealth of experience in learning and development, having worked in various roles within the credit union industry since 1998. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at CU Solutions Group, Carmen is responsible for creating and maintaining employee training courses for Canadian and American credit unions. Prior to this role, Carmen held positions at CU Training Inc. and Island Savings Credit Union, where Carmen developed dynamic training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy. With a background in customer communication and a strong focus on employee training and development, Carmen brings a wealth of expertise to their current role.
