Richard Balow

Richard "Rick" Balow is a seasoned facilities manager with extensive experience in overseeing operations across various real estate projects. Since January 2016, Rick has served as a Senior Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, responsible for managing day-to-day operations for three client campuses in Minnesota. Prior to this role, Rick was integral to the redevelopment of the St. Paul Union Depot at JLL, managing a $240 million project that transformed the depot into a multi-modal transit hub. Rick's background also includes leadership positions in property management and operations across multiple firms, including Ariel Preferred Retail Group and the Simon Group, where notable achievements include directing significant expansions and managing diverse property portfolios. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Education from Concordia College.
