Emilio Garcia has extensive experience in risk management and control frameworks, currently serving in the role of Enterprise Risk Framework Development & Implementation at Cushon since November 2022. Prior to this, Emilio worked as a Consultant at Cheriton Investments Limited from July 2019 to May 2023 and held the position of Financial Crime Control Framework Consultant at Shawbrook Bank between April 2021 and October 2022. Experience includes a Senior Manager role in Risk & Controls at Nationwide Building Society and various senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Senior Manager - Conduct Strategy and Interim Head of Regulatory Liaison. Emilio's professional background also includes leadership positions at QinetiQ and BAE Systems, complemented by an MBA from Henley Business School and an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol.
