Cory Leblanc has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cory currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cuso International. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of International Business Advisory Services at Export Development Canada, where they led a team and provided insights and advice to Canadian companies on international market expansion.
From 2018 to 2022, Cory was the Vice President of Public Financial Management and Accountability at Cowater, overseeing a $140M portfolio of projects across multiple countries. Cory also served as a Director and Project Field Manager, leading a flagship project in Pakistan funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Cory'sprevious roles include being a Junior Public Financial Management Specialist at Global Affairs Canada and a Policy Analyst at Employment and Social Development Canada. Cory started their career as a Financial Auditor at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton.

Cory Leblanc completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance at Trent University from 2003 to 2007. Later on, they pursued an M.A. in International Affairs specializing in International Institutions & Global Governance at Carleton University from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Cory obtained certifications as a Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in July 2010 and as a Notary Public Appointment from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General in September 2018.
