Daniel Phillips has over 20 years of work experience in the financial and sales industries. From 2000 to 2006, they were a Branch Assistant Manager at Centennial Wireless, where they earned top sales awards every year and was a Presidents Club and Centurion Club Award winner. From 2005 to 2006, they were an Office IT Technician at Windows Expressions, where they were responsible for network troubleshooting, website development, and database building. During this time, they were also a Sales Consultant at Art Van Furniture, where they were responsible for sales floor staging and appearance and exceeded sales targets. From 2006 to 2014, they were a Mortgage Lending Specialist II/Branch Assistant Manager at Citi, where they were responsible for loss management and prevention, risk assessment and management, project management, underwriting, credit review, and approval, audit and document review, and creating long-standing relationships with customers. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Consumer Lending Underwriting and Product Manager at Honor Credit Union. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Experience and Director of Client Development at CU*SOUTH.

Daniel Phillips obtained their High School Diploma from Three Rivers High School in Three Rivers, MI in 1999, with an emphasis on Marketing and Business Management. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Mortgage Lending Officer certification from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. Daniel also holds a Credit Insurance Sales License from the Office of Financial and Insurance Services Licensing (MI).
