Naveen Palikara

Naveen Palikara's work experience begins with their most recent position as Head of Manufacturing and Production at Custiv, starting in August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Forbes Marshall from July 2019 to June 2020 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Their earliest experience dates back to March 2016 at SolarMobil Manipal, where they joined as a transmission engineer and eventually became a Team Leader. During their time at SolarMobil Manipal, Naveen was involved in various projects such as designing and manufacturing a single speed gearbox for a 4-seater solar electric car, developing the electrical transmission system for a solar electric car using Hub-motors, and implementing a torque vectoring system.

Naveen Palikara attended Manipal Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering.
