Jim Hackett

Jim Hackett has a diverse work experience with various companies. Jim co-founded Custodia in 2018 and worked as the COO. Prior to that, they co-founded a startup in stealth mode in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of SVP, Digital Technology Operations at Nielsen. Jim also worked at eXelate as the Vice President of Tech Operations from 2013 to 2015 and as the Director of Operations from 2011 to 2013. Jim was the Director of Implementation Engineering at [x+1] from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they had a role as a Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation from 2006 to 2009. Jim started their career as a Project Engineer at Colloquis in 2005 and worked there until 2006. Jim also worked at AdvisorSites, Inc. as a System Administrator and Senior Software Developer from 2003 to 2005.

Jim Hackett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University from 1999 to 2002. Jim then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Capella University between 2005 and 2007.
