Fred Zimmer

Fred Zimmer is an experienced professional in the construction and building materials industry, currently serving as a Regional Technical Sales Representative for Custom Building Products since January 2016. Based in Chicago, Fred’s role involves collaborating with distributors and customers on residential and commercial projects while leveraging extensive knowledge of setting and grouting materials for tile and stone. Prior to this, Fred spent 27 years at Quikrete-Chicago as the Midwest Territory Manager for the C-Cure division, overseeing sales across a broad region and exploring private blending opportunities. Fred also held management roles at Packaged Concrete, Inc., including Plant Operations Manager for the C-Cure division, and began the career in plant operations. Fred Zimmer holds an education from Illinois State University and graduated from St. Charles High School.
