Jason Epp

Jason Epp has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Jason started their career in 1991 at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where they worked in various roles in restaurant management and corporate operations until 2007. During their time at CKE, they gained experience in operations, payroll, and IT.

In 2007, Jason joined XPIENT Solutions as a Technical Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing several QSR customer accounts and assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of point-of-sale systems.

In 2014, they moved on to Heartland Payment Systems, where they held positions as a Product Expert and later as a Senior Product Specialist in eCommerce. At Heartland, Jason leveraged their expertise to support and enhance eCommerce initiatives.

In 2018, Jason joined ENG Infotech Corp. as a PMS Installer, where they were contracted by Wyndham Hotel and Resorts to successfully train and implement Sabre SinXis property management software in 900 locations. Jason also provided post-cut over support as needed.

From 2017 to 2019, Jason took on the role of Business Owner at The Look Fashion Boutique. During this time, they managed the operations of the boutique.

Most recently, Jason has been working at Custom Business Solutions since 2019. Jason first served as a Support Analyst and then transitioned to the role of Production Support Engineer in February 2021. As a Production Support Engineer, they are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of business systems and resolving technical issues.

Jason Epp completed the Qualified Integrator/Reseller 600-580 program in Secure Installation and Maintenance of Payment systems at PCI SCC in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Santa Ana College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Before college, Jason Epp completed their high school education at Villa Park High School from 1989 to 1993.
